My First Newsletter on Networking - A Near Epic Failure Of Going Overboard
Wow! That was a close call! I was seconds away from posting my first newsletter below and paused. Could I be going too far? Being too dramatic? I decided to read through it a second time…
I have a dream.
Imagine all the people networking with the purpose of helping each other. No greed or hunger. No fear of man. For the only thing to fear is fear itself.
The focus would be on building a network that helps others, as you would want them to help you. For only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.
Now, adding the right person to your network may seem like one small step, but it’s actually a giant step for a man to find.
So I say, ask not what your network can do for you, but ask what you can do for your network. For it’s better to give than receive.
Now, you may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one. And if you build the right network, they will come.
Was I right not to post it?
